Making adjustments from your unlike sources
Now that you have an idea where your page unlikes are coming from, it’s time to make some adjustments.
If you see a lot of people have unliked your page because they are underage, don’t worry about it. It’s not something you can control.
On the other hand, if a lot of your page unlikes are coming from your page or posts, it might be time to take a look at your content.
The same goes for people who have unliked your page after hiding your post.
This could indicate a number of problems.
Maybe you post too frequently or your content isn’t relevant to your fans anymore.
If you’re not sure, create a survey and ask your fans.
There are a lot of tools that can help with that like Google Forms, Survey Monkey or Zoomerang.
If you have an email list, you can send them an email and ask for feedback on what they would like to see you post on your Facebook Page.
You can also post a status update asking fans for ideas, but remember, your fans don’t always see your updates.
