Yes. You can submit a request to rename a Facebook Page.
How come I do not see the request form to rename my Facebook Page?
Once you have renamed your Facebook Page once, you are not allowed to change the Facebook Page name again.

Once you have used your one chance to rename a Facebook Page, your only option is to create a new Facebook Page and then use the merge Facebook Pages form.

Once Facebook receives your request to change your Facebook Page name, they will contact you at the email address associated with your Facebook Profile that you submitted the page name request form from.
I submitted a request to change my Facebook Page name but it was rejected. What do I do?
If you have submitted a request to change the name of a Facebook Page and you already have other requests pending like a merge request, please wait until the merge process has finished before requesting to change the name of your Facebook Page.
If Facebook rejected the name of your Facebook Page, I would recommend looking at how to merge Facebook Pages so that you can get the right Facebook Page name.
