Step 2: Under Videos > Autoplay videos, turn this off
Note: This does not disable Facebook autoplay video ads on your mobile device. It only disables them on the desktop version of Facebook.
On mobile devices, you cannot disable Facebook autoplay video ads; however, you can reduce when they show up.

On an Android device, follow these instructions.
Step 2: Under settings, check “autoplay on Wi-Fi only”

To disable Facebook autoplay video ads on iOS devices, follow these instructions.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Facebook > Settings
Step 2: Turn on “autoplay on Wi-Fi only”
While this won’t disable Facebook autoplay video ads on mobile devices completely, it won’t allow them to show up except when you are on a Wi-Fi connection.

Personally, I don’t find videos in my Facebook news feed to be too annoying.
This is probably because only the video autoplays and not the audio – a good move!
