As our lives only get more busy, eventually, we reach a point where it becomes a matter of cutting corners just so that we can save a few precious seconds. With that in mind, I wanted to share one of my favorite email apps for those of you who spend a good deal of time glued to their Apple iPhone or iPad. It’s called Mailshot Pro.
What I like about Mailshot Pro:
If there is one thing missing from iOS devices, it’s the ability to send group emails. Currently, if you want to email your entire family, you need to enter in each person (and hope you don’t have multiple email addresses). Not only is this time-consuming, but it’s also downright annoying.
How does Mailshot Pro work?
Mailshot Pro is pretty straight-forward. You create groups of people you want to email (you can have 100). Within each group, you add your contacts (100 per group). An example of this would be a group called family, which includes mom, dad, your wife and your sister. This also comes in handy for sending emails to your business associates or employees.
Once you have setup your email groups and added contacts, when you’re ready to email them, all you need to do is select the group from Mailshot Pro – which will launch the mail app on your device.

What’s even better is that Mailshot Pro doesn’t just work from the mail app, but you can use it from any app AND you can use Siri voice dictation to email an entire group with just one contact (I know, pretty cool, right?)!
