Judging from this infographic on social media and its impact in the workplace, I’m glad to see that businesses are starting to realize that social doesn’t just mean profit. Not only is it helping to improve relationships with employees, social media is also helping many businesses reinvent themselves by replacing old, outdated technology with newer technology. It’s also being used to help businesses not only connect better with their employees, but build meaningful relationships with them to where they are becoming champions for the brand – and in the process, improving relationships with customers.
Overall, I’m really excited to see where businesses take social in the next couple of years – there are just so many possibilities!
